Why did you decide to run for this position?

I decided to run for the council after learning that our county grants extended tax abatements to companies that do little to invest in White County. This results in missing valuable revenue. Between these losses and excessive spending on other projects, it is clear that residents need someone new willing to stand up for them.

What is one thing you want to change in this office?

I would like to hold County Council meetings at times more convenient for working residents to allow for greater participation. I want to engage residents more frequently to learn about the issues that matter to them and ensure funds are directed toward the most beneficial projects.

What is one thing you can do that will make a difference in the county?

I will stand up for residents and demand that corporations be held accountable for their commitments to our community rather than being awarded unnecessary tax abatement extensions.

Why should anyone vote for you?

I am committed to doing what is right rather than what is easy, and I will ensure the voices of District 1 are heard. I represent a break from the status quo and will bring a fresh perspective and an eagerness to earn and maintain our community's trust.
