Why did you decide to run for this position?

I was looking for a way to contribute to my community and learned that no one had run for Township Board in quite a while. The opportunity to run for Township Board seemed like the opportunity to serve my community that I was looking for.

What is one thing you want to change in this office?

I would like to make my township more aware of the duties of the Township Board and Trustee and how they benefit the community.

What is one thing you can do that will make a difference in the county?

Be an asset to the people of my township.

What is the most important thing we need to do to make White County better?

I believe the most important thing we need to recapture in our county is our sense of community.

Why should anyone vote for you?

People should vote for me because I want to help the community through service.

Ben's comments:

I have lived in White County for over 25 years. In that time, I have volunteered with youth sports, Boy Scouts, and for school events. Now that my children are grown, I am looking for ways to serve my community. I believe the Township Board is a way for me to support public services in my community.
